Shinewash pass through type truck car washing machine is mainly designed for trucks, buses, large container trucks, engineering vehicles and other vehicles, and has the function of intelligent and fully automatic vehicle cleaning. Applicable to bus passenger transport system, logistics system, and various van vehicles. The equipment automatically controls the operation of the whole set of equipment through the electronic control (intelligent PLC programmable controller) system. It can realize a complete set of operations such as efficient and fast continuous washing, scrubbing.
The main frame is made of 3mm-8mm galvanized steel plate. The plate is processed by laser cutting to precisely locate the position of each component, and then it is formed by bending the plate by a bending machine. After sandblasting, galvanizing, and painting, it is assembled by mortise and tenon joints. The standard modular design of the whole machine is strong and not deformed. The anti-rust process starts with phosphating and galvanizing, and the external high-temperature automotive paint ensures a long service life of the body.
The large vertical brush of this machine has the function of intelligently avoiding the rearview mirror, so you don't have to worry about tripping the rearview mirror; the cleaning tracking large vertical brush scrubs the front and rear bumpers in all directions, and the lower slope of the vehicle has no dead angle, and the cleaning degree is 100%.
The brush column arm is a concentric hanging design with a more reasonable structure.
