The main frame is made of 3mm-8mm galvanized steel plate. The plate is processed by laser cutting to precisely locate the position of each component, and then it is formed by bending the plate by a bending machine. After sandblasting, galvanizing, and painting, it is assembled by mortise and tenon joints. The standard modular design of the whole machine is strong and not deformed. The anti-rust process starts with phosphating and galvanizing, and the external high-temperature automotive paint ensures a long service life of the body.
