The 5 brush reciprocating bus car washing machine equipment is an integrated reciprocating washing machine specially designed for cleaning public transport vehicles, large bus vehicles, trucks and large container vehicles. The intelligent computer (PLC) is used as the control center throughout the process, and the brush automatically senses the force generated by the bristles on the car body, thereby controlling the distance between the brush and the car body, without damaging the car, and cleaning the body surface in all directions without leaving any dead ends. Widely used in major domestic bus systems and passenger stations.

Main structure:
The 4.5mm and locally 8mm plates are cut by laser to accurately locate the positions of various parts, and then assembled by tenon and mortise structure, hot galvanized paint.
Main function:
1) Each motor is reliably grounded and has multiple protection functions such as overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage and fault to ensure the safety of equipment and personnel
2) It has perfect system protection function. In case of fault, the system can be shut down in an emergency, and alarm and fault content display can be performed at the same time.
3) It has the function of fully automatic cleaning the front, rear, top and outer surfaces of both sides, and can automatically avoid the rearview mirror

Description of the car wash process:
1) The driver parks the vehicle correctly at the car wash position.
2) The whole process is started successively by photoelectric detection of vehicle position → high-pressure water rain + foam cleaning agent → top brush → left and right large vertical brushes → high-pressure water rain and other functions to clean the car body in an all-round way.
3) Cleaning method: brush (non-porous foam) scrubbing, detergent cleaning, high-pressure rain washing.
Safety functions:
Emergency stop function, vehicle identification function, sub-item action technology, automatic sound and light alarm system.
